Our team is comprised of industry experts with deep levels of experience in banking systems, payment technologies, innovative financial technology, credit card solutions, IT security, biometrics, and software development and marketing.
Christoffer is a serial entrepreneur with extensive knowledge in finance and the credit industry. Through his experience working in the payments industry with leading players like Klarna Collector Bank in Sweden, he realized the opportunity to create financial technology products for banks.
Christoffer is the founder of Fintech Innovation AS and Neonomics AS, two Norwegian technology companies that have developed a distributed ledger-based core banking system, as well as an open banking platform that launched in the European market in 2018. The companies are working with many of the leading banks and payment rails today.
Christoffer holds an MSc in Finance, Innovation and Strategic management, and his master’s thesis focused on innovation in banks.
Kenneth has been working with technology for over 20 years, including leading projects related to banking systems, streaming systems and mobile technology. His experience includes payment technologies, blockchain technology and core banking structures. He joined Fintech Innovation in 2016 and has participated in discussions around regulations with FSA of the ECB in London in 2018.
He specializes in finding methods to transform a technological idea to a profitable business idea.
Jacek has over 20 years of experience in designing and implementing mission critical IT solutions. His past roles and assignments include Chief Architect in a Nordic credit card issuer and Chief Enterprise Architect in a major logistics company. Jacek holds an MSc in Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence.
David has over 10 years of experience in financial services and fintech, having held roles that span new product development and business transformation. Prior to joining the team, David was at Tandem, a UK start-up bank and was responsible for the growth and management of Tandem’s £500m deposit portfolio. Ahead of joining Tandem, David held the role of Senior Consultant at Deloitte UK, specializing in large scale programs to support business transformation. David holds an MSc degree from the University of St Andrews.
Ingrid is an analyst and recent graduate with an MPhys in Physics and Astronomy from Durham University. Having previously worked as a software engineer in the UK, Ingrid brings a wide range of analytical skills to the team. Her master’s project was writing scripts to identify, categorize, and trace the evolution of spiral galaxies in the EAGLE cosmological hydrodynamics simulations data, in Python. She has also worked on projects in Go and Java.
Frankie is a marketing and design professional specializing in content marketing and project management with over 20 years of international experience. Prior to joining our team Frankie was the content marketing manager for a leading 3D visualization and home design software startup.
Sofie is a professional marketer and graphic designer with over 10 years of experience. Before joining us, Sofie was responsible for the marketing division of NTT Security, Norway. She is a graduate of the Norwegian School of Creative Studies, with specialties in advertising, brand building and digital design.
Katelyn comes to us with a diverse international background in communications, project management and executive administration. In her previous role she spearheaded the events department for The Future Group, an entertainment technology startup. Katelyn received her bachelor’s degree from Wellesley College and her master’s from the University of Hawaii at Manoa.
